Peggy Luk

Peggy is a partner at Roxelle Design, responsible for the company’s business development efforts. With over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she specializes in retail positioning, client management, coordination, and property management.

 

Most recently, Peggy served as a director at a leading global developer and real estate asset management company, where she led overall budget planning, market positioning strategy, and tenant leasing for a major investment in the heart of Shanghai. Prior to this role, she was a director at a Hong Kong-based diversified enterprise, managing all project consultancy and leasing efforts across China, Thailand, and other Pan-Asian regions.

 

Peggy’s extensive professional background also includes leasing and management at one of Hong Kong’s most established listed companies, where she executed projects in Shanghai; tenant representation at a global consultancy firm with operations in both New York City and China; and project coordination at a U.S.-based real estate developer founded in 1928.

 

Peggy graduated from Boston College and is a native speaker of Shanghainese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
